Welcome to the wine cellar of the Hotel Restaurant Vinothek LAMM in Rotensol. One would never suspect these treasures and noble specialties in our house when entering the LAMM. Within the thick old walls, our wines are wonderfully protected both at hot temperatures in summer and at extreme temperatures in winter.

Very early on, the Schwemmle family developed their affinity for wines from all over the world.

The variety of the wines ranges from light white wines from Germany or the Loire in France, over heavy white and red wines from Burgundy or Bordeaux, up to powerful and extract-rich plants from the best areas of Spain.

Traditional wineries from the most renowned wine-growing regions of Italy, Piedmont or Tuscany can also be found in the sacred halls of this wine cellar. 

Under the brand name of the Domaine Schwemmle, we have combined our entire range, which since 2014 has also included exquisite rums and whiskies. But also Schwemmle's fruit brandies, various jams, oils, vinegars and sparkling wines can be purchased from us - also as a beautifully packaged gift for special occasions.
